The Covenant / 聖約
Any person acquiring this digital asset (hereinafter “the Asset”) shall unconditionally agree to, represent, and warrant compliance with the following Covenant.
1. The Creator Mandate The source of all value in this project relies solely on the creative activities of the founder, “MR. S.” Any benefits enjoyed by holders are generated on the premise that MR. S continues his creative activities based on his own free will.
2. Contingency of Rights The revenue distribution protocol shall be executed only during the period of MR. S’s active creation. In the event of cessation of MR. S’s activities (due to illness, death, retirement, or other force majeure), all such rights shall immediately expire or be permanently frozen. Holders participate with a full understanding and acceptance of this personal dependency risk.
3. Anti-Social Forces, Gangs, and AML Compliance
- Representations and Warranties: The purchaser represents and warrants that they are not now, nor will they be in the future, a member of an organized crime group, gang, international criminal organization, terrorist group, or any other anti-social force (hereinafter “Anti-Social Forces”), and that they have no involvement whatsoever with such groups.
- Legitimacy of Funds: The purchaser guarantees that the funds used for the acquisition of the Asset are not derived from criminal proceeds, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activities.
- Forfeiture of Rights: If MR. S reasonably determines that there is a violation or suspicion of the above representations, he reserves the right to unilaterally freeze or revoke all rights of the holder without prior notice.
4. Non-Investment & No Refund The Asset is not a financial product (security) that guarantees specific returns. It is a piece of digital art symbolizing the right to participate and status within the “YABARIMI!” world. Due to its nature, no cancellations, returns, or refunds will be accepted for any reason.
5. Self-Sovereignty Participants shall use self-custody wallets (such as MetaMask) and assume all technical and economic risks associated with the handling of crypto assets and NFTs.

本デジタル資産（以下「本資産」）を取得する者は、以下の聖約（Covenant）に無条件で同意し、これを遵守することを表明・保証するものとする。
1. クリエイター依拠の原則 本プロジェクトの価値の源泉は、創設者「MR. S」の独創的な創作活動にのみ依拠する。保持者が享受する一切のベネフィットは、MR. Sが自由意志に基づき創作活動を継続していることを前提として生成される。
2. 権利の存続と消失 収益分配プロトコルは、MR. Sの創作活動期間中に限り実行される。MR. Sの活動停止（疾病、死亡、引退、その他不可抗力）が発生した場合、当該権利は即座に消失、または永久に凍結される。保持者はこの属人的リスクを完全に理解し、承諾した上で参加するものとする。
3. 反社会的勢力の排除および国際的な遵守事項
- 表明保証: 購入者は、現在および将来にわたって、暴力団、暴力団員、ギャング、国際犯罪組織、テロリスト集団、またはこれらに準ずる反社会的勢力（以下「反社会的勢力等」）に該当しないこと、およびそれらと一切の関わりがないことを表明し、保証する。
- 資金の正当性: 本資産の購入に充当される資金の源泉が、犯罪収益、マネーロンダリング、テロ資金供与、またはその他一切の違法な活動に関わるものでないことを保証する。
- 権利の剥奪: 上記の表明に違反、またはその疑いがあるとMR. Sが合理的に判断した場合、事前の通知なく当該保持者の全権利を一方的に凍結、剥奪できるものとする。
4. 非投資性および返金不可 本資産は、特定の収益を保証する金融商品（有価証券）ではない。「ヤバりみ！」の世界観への参加権およびステータスを象徴するデジタルアートである。性質上、購入後のキャンセル、返品、返金はいかなる理由があっても一切受け付けない。
5. 自己責任の原則 参加者は、自己管理型ウォレット（MetaMask等）を使用し、暗号資産およびNFTの取り扱いに伴う技術的・経済的リスクを自ら負うものとする。
